Greetings from Athletics fraternity.
The meeting of Special General Council Meeting of U.P. Athletics Association shall be held at 16.00 hrs. on Saturday i.e. 4th July 2020 through virtual presence on Zoom Video Conferencing.
Following is the agenda and schedule of the Meeting:
1. Welcome address.
2. Confirmation of Minutes of the previous Special General Council Meeting (SGCM) held on Video Conferencing on 14th June 2020.
3. Any points or issue arising out of the minutes of the previous SGCM.
4. Presidential Remarks by the President UPAA, Sri Kunwar Fateh Bahadur Ji.
5. Speeches by:
President Athletics Federation of India (AFI) - Sri Adille J. Sumariwalla.
Chairman Planning Committee AFI - Dr. Lalit k. Bhanot.
Chief National Coach AFI - Sri P. Radhakrishnan Nair.
High Performance Director AFI - Sri Herrmann Volker.
6. Question & Answers session – Please send your questions addressed to the President UPAA, latest by 12.00 noon of Saturday i.e. 4th July 2020. The selection of questions, to be raised in SGCM will be made by Planning Committee of UPAA.
