“53^rd U. P. STATE ANNUAL JUNIOR ATHLETICS CHAMPIONSHIPS 2019”, (Boys & Girls - below 14 & 16 year) shall be organized, by  U. P. Athletics Association as per following details:   

CHAMPIONSHIPS:   53^rd U. P. STATE ANNUAL  JUNIOR  ATHLETICS  CHAMPIONSHIPS 2019.

DATE :                       8^th SEPTEMBER 2018 (Sunday)

VENUE:                      JAUNPUR, ALLAHABAD & LUCKNOW  (U.P.)

GROUPS & EVENTS: The list of Groups and Events are given below:

U 16 Boys & Girls (Below 16 years) * Athletes born between  16.09.2003  to  15.09.2005.

U 14 Boys & Girls (Below 14 years) * Athletes born between  16.09.2005  to  15.09.2007.

TECHNICAL:             This State Championship will be organised in accordance with the Rules & Regulations of Athletics Federation of India (IAAF * Competition Rules - 2018-2019). In case of any dispute the decision of the UPAA Technical Committee will be final and abiding on all.

PRIZES:                     MERIT CERTIFICATES & MEDALS to First three winners in each event.

TROPHIES for TEAM CHAMPIONSHIPS & BEST ATHLETE in ALL GROUPS.

PARTICIPATION:     Only affiliated Units of UPAA and registered Athletes will be allowed to enter.

ENTRIES:                  The “ENTRY” will be accepted ONLY ON-LINE, duly verified by the Secretary of the District Associations/UNITS. REPEAT: APPROVED by the SECRETARY of the affiliated District Associations / Units Only.  The  Entry will be accepted on the spot in all the venues in the morning at 06.00 hrs. on 8^th September 2019.

AGE * Date of Birth: The Athletes who are born as per the details given above are only eligible to enter in this State Championships. Each Athlete must carry AADHAR Card & any of the following Birth Certificates, with him/her for the purpose of Age Verification:

a)    X standard Certificate from recognized Central / State Education Board.

b)    Birth Certificate from Municipality / Corporation and school leaving Certificate.

c)    Birth Certificate from Municipality / Corporation, in case of Athletes, who have not gone to School at all.

FLAGS:                      Please bring or send Two FLAGS of your unit for ceremonial purposes.

PLACE OF STAY:     The Athletes (Teams) are required to report in the morning of 8^th September 2019.

                                     NO PLACE OF STAY at JAUNPUR, ALLAHABAD & LUCKNOW.

                                    The Secretary of District Athletics Associations are requested to ensure that Athletes do not reach the venues before 6.00 am on 8^th September 2019.

U 14 * BOYS:  Shot Put (4.000kg.) = Total 1 event.

U 14 * GIRLS: Shot Put (3.000kg.) = Total 1 event.
